Q: How many people will come to clean my home?
A: Your home cleaning team will generally consist of two experienced and trained technicians.

Q: Do I have to provide any cleaning products?
A: Excellent question! We provide all of the cleaning equipment and materials. That will save you time, money and effort.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or checks. Just leave your payment in a clearly marked envelope.

Q: I work most of the day. How will you gain access to my home?
A: Most of our clients are not at home when we service their homes. You can leave a key for us in a hidden place or make a copy for us to use during each visit.

Q: I have an alarm system. How do you suggest I handle that?
A: Please make sure that we have the code to disarm the alarm system or disarm it yourself prior to our arrival.

Q: What other services do you provide?
A: We offer a wide range of home services. In addition to our regular services we also provide:
Hot Water Carpet Extraction Cleaning, Carpet Spot Removal, Window Blind Cleaning, Hardwood Floor Refinishing, Vinyl Siding Cleaning, High Power Pressure Washing, Move In/Move Out Cleaning, Basement/Attic/Garage Cleanup, Real Estate Home Readiness, and more.
We specialize in accommodating your own personalized needs!

Q: How do you screen employees?
A: Our employees are thoroughly screened for their background, honesty, and integrity. Many of our technicians have been with us for years.

Q: Are you insured, bonded and licensed?
A: We are fully insured and bonded. We carry $1,000,000.00 General Liability Insurance as well as Workmen’s Compensation.

Q: How long does it take for the service team to clean my house?
A: We take all the time necessary to do your job right. We generally are done in about 3 – 4 hours depending on your home.

Q: What sort of training do you give your technicians?
A: Every new technician is paired with one of our experienced team leaders for an extensive training period. His or her skills are assessed and improved on a continuing basis. We believe TRAINING IS A PROCESS – NOT AN EVENT!

Q: Do you use service contracts?
A: For our residential customers, we do not use service contracts. We supply a customer service agreement, which thoroughly outlines your specific needs, our policies, and the agreed upon fee.

Q: How do you supervise your cleaning technicians?
A: When our service team arrives at your home, you will meet the team leader. He or she is the supervisor for your particular job and is ultimately responsible for your satisfaction.

Q: What is your coverage area?
A: We are continually expanding our service areas.
Presently, we service ALL parts of the metropolitan Philadelphia area, as well as the surrounding suburbs of South Jersey. Our service area includes all parts of the following counties:
Philadelphia, Bucks, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania and Burlington, Camden counties in New Jersey.

Q: Can you clean my office too?
A: Another excellent question. No problem!
Our commercial cleaning division is ready for you. Just give us a call and we will set up a short, on-site visit at your office.

Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
A: Yes. Our gift certificates make great gifts for anyone.
Just picture the look on that special person’s face when opening the envelope and seeing how special you think that person is!
Call our office for details. We can mail the gift certificates to you or anyone you designate.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: No problem here either. We understand “things come up”. We simply ask that you call us as far in advance as possible and we’ll reschedule you for a better time.

Q: What if I know someone who needs Brydon Cleaning services?
A: If you do, here’s the best part:
You will earn FREE CASH or FREE CLEANING – YOUR CHOICE.
(When someone you refer to Brydon Cleaning Systems signs up for any service, you will receive 10% back of the referral’s first cleaning fee AND 10 % back for any other service that your referral purchases for another 60 days.)

Q: What if my cleaning team does not show up on the right day?
A: Your Brydon Cleaning team wants you to be happy. Our integrity is at the very heart of our company. If your cleaning crew does not show up on the appointed day, it will be rescheduled at YOUR convenience and the service will be performed FREE OF CHARGE !

Q: Are your services costly?
A: Our services are easily affordable. Just give us a call and we’ll set things up. You will always know the price up front. We have no hidden fees or hidden service charges. You will know before your first cleaning visit, exactly what we are going to do and the fee for our work.

Q: How do I provide feedback on my cleaning service?   
A: If you find that anything was missed or not cleaned properly, just call our office at (215) 725-0281 right away and we will have one of our supervisors return to your home within 24 hours to correct anything that needs attention.
Please also let us know if your service team has done an especially good job.
We are always eager to hear your suggestions and improve your service.

Q: What is the availability of your services?  
A: Our regular working hours are 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday, however we can usually start as early as 7:00AM if necessary.

Q: Is there anything I need to do before the cleaning?   
A: In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up loose clothing, toys and other household items.
